In accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the form below. Please provide your name, order number and the e-mail address used for your order.
Once we have received your withdrawal request, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. Your request will then be processed and reviewed by our customer service team. We will subsequently inform you about the next steps, in particular regarding the return of the goods and the reimbursement of the purchase price.

- After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery costs, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions and using the original method of payment.
