If you put the watch into the shopping basket and choose a destination outside Europe, automatically the VAT will be deducted and shipping cost will be added. On deliveries outside the European Union no VAT is charged. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
Our watches are manufactured in small quantities in Germany and invariably checked before delivery to the customer. This control includes a 48 hours running test of, as well as a water proof test and a vacuum resistance test.
If all tests are passed, the watchband is mounted and a certificate of final checking is issued for the clock. After passing all of these tests we ship your watch.All these steps are made by people and do need time to complete.
For this reason, time between the order and delivery of the watch is at least 6 working days . This period shall be extended if the version you ordered is a model that will be finally assembled after receiving your order. In this case the lead time is extended by the time needed to do the final assembly of your watch.
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods.
When paying in advance by bank transfer, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
